Therapy for people who want to be understood, not fixed.
A less clinical and more conversational approach to therapy — rooted in presence, reflection and honest dialogue.
The Work
What this work looks like
Grounded, reflective, collaborative
This work is often a good fit when something in your life no longer feels aligned—when familiar ways of relating, coping, or moving forward stop working, and you’re left with questions rather than clear answers.
In our sessions, we’ll slow things down—talking and reflecting as we pay attention to what’s happening internally and between us, and exploring meaning, relationships, and the ways you move through your daily life. The focus isn’t on fixing or forcing change, but on developing clarity, awareness, and flexibility over time.
I also work with individuals preparing for or integrating psychedelic experiences, with the same emphasis on presence, reflection, and grounding insight into everyday life.
My Approach
I offer therapy that’s grounded, conversational, and responsive to the person in front of me. Rather than focusing on labels, diagnoses, or rigid methods, we focus on understanding—your experience, your patterns, and what feels most alive right now.
I don’t approach mental health or addiction as one-size-fits-all problems, and I don’t work from any single theory or method. My allegiance is always to the individual. I aim to stay curious, present, and honest, and to engage in real conversation rather than perform a clinical role. Therapy, as I practice it, is collaborative.
